As recommended by the CDC, we are requiring the use of masks for everyone in the office (staff and patients), implementing rigorous sanitizing and handwashing procedures, and practicing the recommended social distancing in our office.
Each day, we complete wellness checks – including taking temperatures – for all staff and patients. Also, brief but required wellness forms are texted with appointment reminder to ensure your safety.
We have limited in-person office visits to make sure patients can stay safely apart in separate rooms while receiving care. We ask that you call or text as soon as possible so we can accommodate your visit: (440) 530-9316
We also ask that you come alone for your appointment. If you feel you need someone to accompany you, please call the office so we can discuss options with you.
In the last two weeks, if you think you have been exposed, or have had a fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, lost your sense of taste or smell, or any other symptom of infection or suggestive of COVID-19, please contact our office so we can arrange an alternative method for your appointment.
For everyone’s safety, we are offering telemedicine for all visit types. Government Regulations are accommodating and accepting telemedicine as a safe way to care for our patients.
